Once an order is placed, a confirmation email or text is sent out immediately. A second email or text is sent with tracking number once your order is being packaged and getting ready to be sent out. All orders are shipped via USPS first class.

Pre order items have a turn around time of 7-21 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that may seem fraudulent or suspicious. To avoid running the risk of your order being canceled please ensure your shipping and billing address match. 

Once an order is shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages damaged in transit. Should you experience any of these issues please file a claim with USPS.
